Live in Birch Cliff

Birch Cliff was developed around 1895 with the relocation of the Toronto Hunt Club. Set amidst the picturesque backdrop of Lake Ontario and the Scarborough Bluffs, the area was dotted with summer cottages in the late 1890s/early 1900s. As the community grew in popularity, it opened a local post office and grocery store and eventually became a year-round residential community. It is now an established, family-oriented neighbourhood and holds two distinct residential pockets - the exclusive Fallingbrook community and Birch Cliff Heights. There is a selection of bungalows, storey-and-a-half houses and detached two-storey "manor houses" in Tudor, Edwardian and Cape Cod designs.
